and create leadership programs for future leaders.
Team Performance, Quality, Dynamics and Leadership

members themselves? This on-line process gathers feedback from each
member of the team regarding the group’s work management skills,
processes, relationships, and leadership, allowing the team to discover
and clarify what makes the group effective or ineffective, so they

Benchmarking
A process that identifies critical leadership behavior and attributes
for key organizational positions. The process is defined, customized,
and driven by internal and external stakeholders who care most about
the success of the position within the company. The work-product
is a job attribute benchmark and candidate comparison tool against
which internal and external applicants can be mapped, both to the
benchmark itself as well as to other potential candidates for the
role.
